Include proof of 501 (c) 3 status, and other appropriate supporting materials as outlined in the application form.

Presentation: Please do not submit proposals in plastic covers, binders or sheet protectors, and send only one copy. Photographs or other supporting materials may be included, but please,  no videotapes or CD's. Your application should be brief but thorough. You may hand deliver applications to 13880 Hammond Street, Bangor, but please call ahead to be sure the office is open (942-1800). It is not necessary to send by special delivery; as long as materials are postmarked or shipped by the deadline, no special services are necessary.
