	This application form is not* an online submission form. Due to the need for printed and signed materials, the King Foundation cannot accept electronic applications at this time. What this form will* do is provide you with a printable cover page that will include everything you enter below. After clicking on the "Generate Printable Form" button, a Web page will be returned that you can print and mail in with your additional materials. The printable form will also include a checklist of those additional materials. Please fill out the form completely. Include a project budget and names and contact numbers for the board of directors.

Notification of the Foundation's decisions should be made within eight weeks of the deadlines. If there are conditions to the awarding of a grant, a contract to be signed on behalf of the organization will be sent along with the award notification. If a grant proposal is denied, applicants should wait one year before applying again. If an applicant is awarded funds, they should wait two years before applying again.
